Payments

Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal Funds or e-Check through PayPal.  Payments for Purchases & Reserved Listings are due no later than 3 calendar days from the date it was posted.  Please email me if you need more time.  Listings that go unpaid will be canceled and relisted.

Shipping

Policy updated 1/30/12 - NEW SHIPPINGS RATES

Venezie Fabrics will ONLY ship to CONFIRMED PAYPAL addresses.  If you request the items to be shipped to a different address Venezie Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We try to ship the same day that payment has cleared or the next business day.

Single Pattern Orders – US First Class Shipping {free with fabric purchase}

Multiple Pattern Orders – US Priority Mail – Flat Rate Envelope

US/Canada/Everywhere Else
Up to 2 yds – US First Class {depends on weight}
2.5 -9 yards – US Priority Flat Rate Envelope $5.15/$12.95/$16.95
9.5 -20 yards – US Priority Flat Rate Box Med $11.35/$32.95/$32.95

*Insurance & Registered Mail services can be added for an additional fee.  If shipping Internationally I STRONGLY suggest adding at least one of these options if you would like your package tracked.  Please convo me for more details.

I am not able to track any international packages once they have left the United States UNLESS you purchase Insurance or Registered Mail on your package. International Flat Rate packages can take up to 10 BUSINESS days to be delivered.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Venezie Fabrics is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by Customs.  If a package is returned due to refusal at Customs or Delivery, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Customs Forms will be completed as Merchandise and will the value will be marked at the purchase value minus shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Venezie Fabrics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Venezie Fabrics does not control the United States Postal Service, International Postal Service or Customs. If your package has been lost or damaged and you did not purchase the additional insurance or registered mail, Venezie Fabricss is not responsible.

Venezie Fabrics does not offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS there is a flaw in the item. Colors vary on monitors. If you would like additional pictures or information on a certain item please email me, I will be happy to help you.

Wholesale

Wholesale Information – VENEZIE DESIGNS PATTERNS ONLY

Pattern pricing for Retailers:
Wholesale pricing is 50% off retail.  Mixed titles accepted.

First-time Orders:
There is a minimum purchase of 12 patterns for first time wholesale orders.  Payment is expected before order ships.

Subsequent Orders:
There is a minimum purchase of 6 patterns for subsequent orders.  Payment is expected within 30 days.
